Ballad For My Sweet Fey Boy
Deep in the heart of the forest, where the magical mist clings,
There lives a small, wild fey boy, whose back bears two broken gold wings.
He crawls in the shadows, hiding between darkness from bright light;
The last, lonely descendant of old and honourable kings.
Where there should be a crown, only his midnight darkened hair hangs
Which falls in his blood-red eyes, his lips bared to reveal bright fangs.
Living in eternal twilight, he has become quite cruel,
And with just a simple glance, my heart in its cage jumps and clangs.
I had gone to search for sweet flowers to put in my bouquet,
But with my head lost in the clouds, my path ha
I really don't like it here.
It's so cold, and I just know,
That soon I will disappear.
And it makes me want to be
Somewhere else
My heart continues to ache,
A beat unsteady with fear,
It causes my fingers to shake.
And soon I'll need to find a place
Somewhere else
I wander; lost in a sea of black.
I am a ghost; invisible, 'till loneliness
Weighs me down, and I start to crack.
Sometimes I wonder if I'd be noticed
Somewhere else
No-one ever listens when I am speaking.
If I didn't know any better, I'd think them deaf.
Instead, they ignore me, even when I'm shrieking:
Someone, anyone, please just take me to be
Somewhere el

Raindrops on Flowers
Fresh-faced flowers perched leniently upon tall fragile stems
Dance after showers with the breeze, trying not to lose their aquatic gems
The luscious petals hold their newly-found treasures deep
But they must soon return them; for they are not the pearls blossoms should keep
Some slow-moving time shall pass before the clear sweet droplets of rain
Will gently slide down bright satin petals, careful to leave no stain
And now is the moment to prepare, for the watching of extreme care
As the pure tears of wistful rain clouds pull away and fall swiftly through the air
Because with an agile ripple reverberating through the pond they'll disa
A blast of wind whipped my hair across my face violently, stinging my cheeks red with small, sharp, ice particles. My heavy skirts clung to my legs, flapping wildly like lost hens while the cold bit through the thick cloth of my tunic and settled itself into my skin, slowly working it's way to my bones where it would stay for a long sleep. The sky was dark and moody, the clouds moving dark and ominous above the towering trees. I painfully hurried away from the warmth and light that wafted from the rickety doorway, attempting to push my ravaged hair behind one frost-bitten ear. Something crashed at the bottom of the steep, crumbling concrete s

Hullo! Thanks for visiting my page <3 I don't really have a lot to say except.. I love reading and writing and drawing, although I'm not really good at the last one but I'm learning and improving (hopefully)! So, just wanted to let everyone know....
I have found five four leaf clovers in total! In only two days!
I am feeling extremely lucky. Finding them was like getting a high :D Only a much healthier for you one...
Either my fam jam (who I found these lil green buds with) is in for some good luck, or all the radiation is getting to the poor plants...
Either way, I'm happy :)

Howdy to those reading my journal :)
It has been a long while since I have posted something, or even been on deviant-art... Lately all I have been doing is Math and Science, which doesn't give me a lot of time to get creative :( !BUT! I am determined to begin writing and drawing again.
On another note, I was thinking of starting commissions or requests, although I am pretty sure I won't get many requests! I believe it would give me a focus, which would help me accomplish more things. Anyone have any thoughts?
I have recently finished "A Feast for Crows", the 4th book of The Songs of Ice and Fire (or The Game of Thrones for those of you wh
Sometimes, when I'm drawing or writing, I'll listen to music. Actually, I do this most of the time, but I usually tune it out! If I'm writing though, I'll occasionally use the words from the song and incorporate them into my story/poem/whatever (hopefully not plagiarizing... :/)
What kind of music does everyone listen to to get inspiration?
Lately, I've been listening to 80's and early 90's music (I think it's because of all my Dad's c.d.s I had to listen to when I was in his car...). I especially like Tears for Fears! Somehow, (almost) all the songs make me so emotional <3 I think that different types of music can help to influence your
